Martin Parker – Consultant Senior Clerk
Martin started his career as a junior clerk in the chambers of Lord Emlyn Hooson Q.C. in 1986. He went on to become the 1st junior at Goldsmith Building between 1987 and 1994. He then joined Tooks Chambers as the 1st junior and in 1999 took over as the Senior Clerk and remained until Tooks closed in December 2013. In January 2014 he again joined up with Michael Mansfield Q.C. to assist with the development of Mansfield chambers.
Danny Jones – Senior Practice Manager
Danny started his clerking career in 2005 at Argent Chambers where he was closely involved with developing the practices of the immigration tenants. In June 2011 he joined Renaissance Chambers before joining Mansfield Chambers, together with a number of members from his previous set, in December 2013. His role includes responsibility for general day-to-day management of diaries, liaising with clients, fee negotiation and overall practice management. He is also the first port of call for any Immigration Direct Access clients. Danny takes a strong lead in the development of the immigration team and is well regarded by solicitors and members for being approachable, efficient, and proactive.
George Cowig - Junior Practice Manager
George starting his clerking career at 1 Pump Court Chambers in October 2014. He left to join Mansfield Chambers in the spring of 2015. George clerks the immigration team and the junior members of the criminal team. His roles are to assist Danny with the day-to-day management of the diary, fee negotiation, and liaising with solicitors & public access clients. He is the first port of call when it comes to listing cases.
